Process/Vinification Process
After a cold maceration (4° degrees) the grapes are pressed and poured into steel tanks and fermented at a low temperature (16°) at the end of fermentation, the wine is aged for 6 months in steel tanks

13% vol

Colour
Of a beautiful straw yellow with greenish reflections

Nose
The wine is ample with a nice aromatic note with delicate fruity notes of pear, citrus and hints of sage

Flavour
Wine, pleasantly fresh and persistent, alcohol in plain view with good length in the mouth and aftertaste

Conservation
It is recommended to keep the wine at a temperature between 12 and 18 degrees for a perfect preservation of the aromas

Presentation
Boxes of 6 or 12 bottles of 0.750 ml.

Pairings
Excellent appetizers, pastas and risottos with seafood, try with medium-aged cheeses from cow’s milk and sheep

We recommend serving it at a temperature of 8°
